TBH we need more fat shaming. Telling women they're beautiful when they're morbidly obese is the worst thing we can do.

Fat educating will be more effective if your goal is to get them to lose weight

There’s a decent chance if someone is morbidly obese they eat junky food as a negative means of coping. Pile a bunch of a shame on them for whatever reason, and they are likely to turn to that negative coping method and it’s only gonna get worse

But yeah nothing wrong with re-educating someone that morbid obesity isn’t healthy
