Perhaps the way in which QM spawns is more "Classic" but the drop rate of the cloak is NOT classic. Even dating back on Allakhazam:

What they did was drop the rate when it was "easier" to camp before to outweigh people getting them so easily.. but now that they changed the way in which it spawns, they didn't change the drop rate to be better reflective of true classic.. It's now impossible to get vs what it actually was on Live. | ||
