Rile's Shattered Blade

Hello all,

Not posting this on the bug forum yet because I'm not 100% sure, but shouldn't Rile's Shattered Blade be in the game now that Chardok 2.0 is active? All of the other Greenmist quest mobs/items are, but the KC groundspawn doesn't seem to be.

Was this added in some later patch? I have found scant detail in the various posted patch notes....
