Cant log into any character on Blue or green but can on red

Last week i could play the blue server where i mostly play, then about Thursday or Friday i couldn't log in to blue, so i tried green could not log in there either, i kept getting "SERVER NOT RESPONDING" I tried the red server and i got to log in there, so i made a couple character and i'm playing them now them. I have not made any changes to my computer equipment. I have 4 different comps and blue and green don,t work on any of them. Would like some HELP! Thank you for your attention to this matter. Celee
