I watch these crime documentaries, and there was a story of a 12yr old who killed a little kid, like a 6yr old, left the body in the woods. The 12yr old killer (might have gotten his age wrong but he was young) in addition to disfiguring the body in ways I won’t go into here, ate most of the victim’s lunch out of his lunchbox, but rather than eat the banana, he squished it

Police investigators recruited the help of a teacher after suspecting the murder was by a student, who offered bananas to all their classes. The kid that refused his banana was identified to police and did end up turning out to be the killer after being investigated further
Personally I'm all for euthanasia in these cases. As a mercy.. I would even accept it if they came for me.

It's not about vengeance. Or even justice.. There is no coming back from that. At any age as a perpetrator. Those memories will haunt him his whole life if he's even capable of caring. No matter what you believe. If we where a perfect Christian society and not a satanic cult worshiping society we'd put him in a safe high security religious facility tho to repent. And teach about his experience. Until death of natural causes. As G-d would care for him.

Things like this are a failing of our society. His parents should also have been sterilized and incarcerated forever.

What often happens to the people in these cases after release? Die in the gutter? Psychosis? Suicide? I'm sure there's data on it.

The dude will not be able to socialize at 5'3" or have a normal life after 27 years in prison. They are fucking him over and putting other ppl at risk. Passing the buck on responsibility. Where are his parents?
