use greek yogurt. if you do any type of strength training (and everyone should for regular health :P ) then you need the protein. greek yogurt has more protein than regular yogurt...by far. and the plain is 0 fat and low sugar.
tastes a lot like sour cream. excellent substitute for that.
but it's really delicious. i don't heat it up - i just eat it cold like that. that's my favorite snack ever.
and it doesn't taste like cardboard. if you have a high quality protein powder then it tastes like whatever your protein powder tastes like, there's a little bit of sourness from the yogurt but the oats add texture.
it's actually very delicious.

It only has a little of the bite sour cream has...It's very tasty overall. Regular yogurt kinda sucks because even the plain varieties are pretty sugar heavy. Plus the thick texture of greek yogurt is way better than regular yogurt

If Greek Yogurt was cheaper it'd be in my fridge more frequently...
Also, for a dirt cheap and fairly tasty protein Variety, ON's gold standard double rich chocolate flavor is great. Lacks that ugly bite that a lot of whey flavors have, easy to drink with just water.
