Rap is played at violent sporting events like boxing matches and cage fighting where morons punch each other in the brain, folk is played at country fairs where families eat candy floss and toffee apples together.

Rap comes from a concrete jungle, folk comes from the great outdoors so it has the spirit of adventure.

Rappers call women hoes, whores, sluts and bitches, folk singers are respectful.

Rap music makes you angry and hostile, folk music will either make you cry into your beer or lift your spirits.
