In WA state mask exemptions were honor system and the official guidance said not to challenge people claiming them.

USA was baby gloves. No one was ever arrested for violating quarantine. It would always be a " Resisting arrest " sort of deal that was escalated. A few people got tresspassed, ect.

UK/AUS were draconian hell holes. They really love getting screwed by government though. GOD SHAVE THE QUEEN
