If the Rogue Epic has 40% haste and the worn Seething Fury buff it provides gives another 40 and that stacks with Nalot’s quickening = 100% and haste capped?

Or Epic + VoG for the 20 attack bonus and well over 100 haste. Or with great gear using 41 worn haste and VoG = 99% allowing you to swap out ragebringer too?

So if I understand it, ragebringer is king without a strong haste buff?

Bro, if rogue epic gave 80% haste, that would be broke as fuck. It's 40% haste, which is part of the seething fury buff which also gives you 9 ac and 40 atk. So add eyepatch to that and you're getting 60% haste total.
