i've looked at a full eclipse with my naked eye

wasn't a big deal, dunno what all the fuss is about

I like to watch the sun's corona with polarized sunglasses on too, its pretty cool

vision is still better than 20/20, anytime i get an eye exam, I just read the bottom line of the chart and then ask if im good to go.
