oh i forgot to mention that the condo was wayyy overdue for inspections and had done poorly on prior inspections.

They sure did need more robust building inspection, its not a florida thing either, the entire nation is behind on this sorta thing, at least half the bridges in the USA are in absolutely horrid shape.

this isn't a political issue at its core, it's really a civil matter

these issues that remain out of sight and out of mind are easily forgotten when it's so important that a swingin' dick can piss next to a 12 year old girl.
