The guild who kills The Statue of Rallos Zek locks out all other guilds from engaging The Avatar of War for 20 minutes from Statue's time of death. The guild who kills Statue may not engage or obtain an FTE on another raid mob during this 20 minute period unless AoW is killed or conceded.
