No. CHA doesn't provide anything for a Shaman other than slightly better merchant prices. But you can CHA buff yourself for that purpose anyway.

Shamans don't have lulls, and do not get Divine Intervention cast on them.
Ogres having low charisma is a nice trait when all the evil people hide behind CHA.
