quarm temporary ip block

Hi, I wanted to try the Quarm server, but when i attempt to log in i get a message saying that my "IP is temporarily blocked try again later"

I have never logged into Quarm server before and I am also not boxing nor is anyone else in my household logged into any of the servers. Is there any way to fix this?
