Some quick questions on Iksar warrrior AC at lvl 60

The wiki says it scales, does anyone know how much the Iksar Warrior AC bonus is at 60?

Does anyone know how this innate AC factors into the soft cap calculation?

Yes I know end game tanking HP>AC but I’m curious how it works.

Would also be interested in same questions for monk is someone has those details handy!
