Oh ya, I heard he has arthritis or something so anything high impact might be out. Could always swim though, I’m sure he has a pool and swimming is very good for endurance
Yea, I meant “running uphill” moreso as a figure of speech. I’ve heard that if the your goal is to become better at a sport, especially endurance-wise, then one of the best ways is simply to perform that sport to some fashion in an aerobic capacity. The body is very good at becoming better at what it is doing. Although I dunno why if the arthritis is bad or he has shot knees, would he think he can get serious about boxing competitively again considering how important fast footwork seems to be
