if the government is going to bailout corporations the least those corporations can do is have some X% of the assembly/manufacturing in the country they're going to use those tax payers for as a safety net (in theory, i think we default on the 36 trillion debt this decade for the lulz so taxpayers prolly don't end up actually paying for 2008 bailouts or any of the Car companies or others ive forgotten)
