Other gal I’m dating has postponed twice now, but fate can’t keep us apart

Note: As a guy this is a terrible idea. Do NOT postpone or make things in any way remotely difficult. There are less girls on apps with far more options than guys have, meaning most are looking for any reason to ghost. As soon as things stop appearing like a fairytale for any reason, they are as gone as the wind. “That’s fine, I wouldn’t want to be with someone so fickle” is a stance I used to (and still) take. But I prefer to keep everything as fairytale as I can at least until the first date

It’s all about the first date. Nothing matters prior. Not how the photos look, not how the messages went. You either have chemistry on the first date or you don’t. But you have to get there to know. And that means keeping them from bailing until then. If they bail after the first date, who cares? You at least found out
