New common UI bug

The screen just locks up. I'm still in the game, I can still do things, but the visuals of the screen is locked on whatever I was looking at, if I minimize and maximize it just becomes black and stops rendering.

Only fix is fully logging out and back in.

It's been happening since I picked EQ back up, so, a couple months now. Happens at least once per play session and its really fuckin annoying.

Any ideas?

Also this happens in several specific spots, like leaving South Qeynos to North Qeynos where "The Cobbler" is in front of you. I have glitched the moment I make a movement in this exact spot twice now.
