I never saw an answer on this.

I see people already complaining about the +/- 8 range. Everquest has lots of zones. Go exp in the karanas, rathe Mtns, Lesser faydark.... no one said you had to go to Crushbone or Unrest.

Now high level dungeons!?!? You don't have any business in a raid zone or high level dungeon unless you are prepared to pvp at any level.

LowerGuk should be a FFA zone. I don't want to be out damaged by a 30 mage. and not be able to do anything about it over manastone.

Sol B is a raid zone.

Permafrost is a raid zone.

Hate/Fear/Sky are raid zones.
You have to be 45 to get into them but 6 months from now we might have Kunark. Just go ahead and code them FFA.

Kedge keep is a raid zone.

Good loots should come with good fights. Don't let people be pussies and hide out of range.
Some are totally against the +/- 8 rule. Most of the people bringing it up (like myself) don't care about the +/- 8, just the ability to loot/cause exp on someone who basically doesn't have a chance of defending himself; they want the loot/cause exp loss to be the +/- 4 level range but keep the +/- 8 pvp.
