Miscellaneous: Forum issue: Post count stops accruing?

About a month or so ago, my computer lost access to the P99 website completely. I could log in to my account from other locations, but my home network seemed like it was completely IP banned from project1999.org . I posted a petition about this but it was never resolved and out of the blue my access returned after about 10 days.

Just curious - ever since then my post count has stopped accruing when I make a new post. I have been at 40 posts for over a month now and probably made about a dozen posts in that time. Is my account bugged?
