This has been discussed at length on this forum. Clearly the current setup is intentional.

It actually hasn't been discussed at all.

Everyone assumed that greenmist, when released, would be Iks/SK only. This has been discussed.

People I spoke with thought that the lord of pain's khukri was all/SK. This is the first time I see a post about the Lord of pain's khukri being Iks/SK during this period of EQ live.

The purpose of this server is to recreate "classic live experience" as imagined by Verant. If it isn't the case and we are free to make items that should be usable by one race usable by all, then why don't we make the kunark armor usable by iksar as well. While we're at it, let's make every single item all/all and be done with it.
