Or the other person actually wins and rusher gets tired of dying and quits.
Once again, it is ridiculous to claim that wasting time isnt a death penalty. If it was like on Rallos, then youd have to med for ~10 mins between each fight if youre soloing. If youre not a caster, you have to "rush" like vroom instant-like back to the zone where pvp happened.
