Why do people smoke marijuana?

Those people who petition about dying due to being high are just terrible at the game no matter what their mental state is and are blaming it on being high.

The effects of Marijuana are kind of strange, I'll definitely secede that my mental process is slowed a bit, but I can also concentrate a whole lot better than when I'm sober, so it definitely improves my ability to play games; especially EQ since it's not very complicated. I don't like to be high whenever I have to do a lot of critical thought and/or remember a lot of stuff, like at school.
