Spells: Spell gems not like classic/live

So it's been bugging me that the spell gems/buff icons here on Project 99 don't match up to what they were on live/classic EQ.

So, I did something about it...

Here is a spells_us.txt with proper spell gems. I've tested it on my client and it seems to work just fine. All I did was change the icons, everything else is the same as the Project 99 spells file.
