Isn't fiber the culprit? I'm on a 50/30/20 Prot/Carb/Fat diet of 1700-2000 calories a day. I usually have a turkey burg and egg beaters in the morn but too lazy lately and just have a bar.

Nah, high fiber in a diet is an amazing thing.
If you literally mean the shits then fiber would help you.
One to 2 good solid poops a day, no mess. I can pretty much time mine now.
