Heretics faction

I know in order to get keys for entrance to the city I need Amiably faction.

If I were to get someone to mule up a character, I should be able to get in.

Does anyone know what faction is needed to complete quests in there? Or is this an unknown , being that anyone that has done the quests has been amiable?

Is there anything currently in the game to raise heretic faction other than hunting erudite guards?
