Help: Characters warping and bouncing around

Hey gang,

I'm new to project1999, but I'm loving the nostalgia as I used to play quite a bit.

However, my problem is I play with a friend of mine, and when I look at him, or anyone else for that matter, his character kinda of bounces and warps around. Nothing major, just a few feet here or there, but it's definitely annoying.

He notices my character (and others) doing the same thing.

I realize that this is the way it used to be 13 years ago, but I've gotten spoiled by today's mmo's. Is there any setting or mod I can install that will make our characters a little more stable?

By the way, we are both on high speed cable internet, so that's not the problem. Anyone else having this problem?

PS. If I'm not making any sense let me know and I'll try to explain myself better.
