I also noticed that handing Rathmana pp does nothing. But after going through the quest dialoque and handing him 30 GOLD pieces he seems to be giving me faction hits.
However, I have a problem as well. I have at this point handed Rathmana about 5000GP and I've still not moved from indifferent to amiable. Is it REALLY supposed to take this much coin/effort???
