login server down?

my GF has been tryin to login for over 30 minutes. every time she tries, she clicks on the server, itll hang for a few and then it drops her back to the login screen.

We have already petitioned for the her account on the same IP, so i dont get what the issue could be. Is the login server down or are there other issues?
