Miscellaneous: trakanon's tooth missing deadly lifetap

On live, before being removed sometime after luclin, the teeth that trakanon drops had a 1 charge right click deadly lifetap effect. 1500 dmg -200 MR check lifetap.

I was always curious why we instead have the later version of the teeth and not the original that was in place during kunark and velious.

Multiple mentions of the 1500 dmg deadly lifetap on tooth prior to 2002- and a mention of how the lifetap was later removed.

Requesting to revert tooth to the intended form for the current era.
