Compared to other industrialized countries we spend almost twice as much per capita on healthcare, for one of the worst healthcare systems in the industrialized world. Yes, what you've cleverly referred to as "Obamacare" isn't the answer, being insufficient in effect and corrupted by flaws in our legislative process. But at least the guy had the balls to even try to reform something that is desperately in need of reform, and it could have conceivably cost him the election had the Republicans fielded a serious candidate. Romney, lol.

Point is, there are far too many redneck fuckups in the USA who think the world is 5000 years old and vote accordingly.
