How is it a HATE Crime? Easy-
The definition of a HATE CRIME (I know 6 people who've been convicted of it)
Anyone who Harasses, Intimidates, Threatens , Molests and so on- Any Person or Organization (Persons)- of a protected status (Religion,Churches,Race,Nationality)etc is Guilty of a Hate Crime. Example: If I was to go and say F*** GOD and your stupid CHURCH. Because I targeted a protected 'category/group'.. I am guilty of Hate Crime.

Sadly it is VERY EZ to be convicted on this statute. I've seen it-read it and many ways people are in jail or were jailed with that Felony on their record. You KNOW DAM WELL
your harassing them by sending them GAY PRON - so dont act all innocent. Chances are people have already been convicted for doing exactly that.
