Feel free to check out the red trade section on the forums to get a idea of the economy.
5million manastones? Ive been playing on the server since day one and I have 1 manastone. There are plenty of people in the top guild with zero manastones, so no, no one is going to give you one. The economy is not "flooded" by any means.
Most people gear up as they level up, as is the case on most new servers. Vets will im sure give you spare things they have like drops from Najena, Upper Guk,etc. That type thing.
