While I don't generally reach for chex mix due to the high salt content, people who cast aside carbs altogether annoy me. Whole wheat pasta is loaded as fuck with carbs. So is oatmeal. Both of them are pre-race superfoods. Just because it doesn't fit into your look-like-tupac diet, doesn't mean it's 'diabetic'.

Whole wheat
is diabetic as fuck. If a diabetic eats a couple pieces of bread they can die. In fact it's worse than white grain for them.
