Mob Aggro: Does anyone remember...?

On Live when someone ran a mob or group of mobs and it passed near others, many of the monsters would automatically jump off of the train and attack people that they passed by.

I'm not talking about social aggro. I'm talking by a mob peeling off its original aggroer for NO reason and just attacking you when you were completely idle and not doing anything.

I don't remember that, but I definitely remember social aggro from trains.

Maybe some people are mistaking RETURNING trains for departing ones.
