Well to be fair, Poliwhirl attacked me first. When I found him afk in DL, I had to inform him of the server rules.

Rule 1. Never Afk
Rule 2. Never bind in a busy zone at the zoneline
Rule 3. Never run from said zoneline naked
Rule 4. Never /q with mobs on you while being PvPed
