I do not reimburse due to player mistakes. The GM staff is nicer than I am, and with a recorded transaction fail, reimbursement is sometimes possible for first timers.

I turned in sky pieces wrong 1 time gm was kind enough to help me in his spare time... I wouldn't suggest making it a habit
