NPC Spawn Issue: Tainted Aquagoblin - Lake Rathetear

The goblin is by The SK zone line if you load the zone you can see him standing there for about 10-20 sec then he gets "invised" but if you targeted him during the first period you will still have him targeted.
You cannot cast at him but you can give him stuff if you are fast, so he is there but very bugged.

He is standing exactly on the druid egress spot.

Any chance of a GM dropping by and DT him so he resets ?

Umm it looks like two spawns are missing in the tower, there should be three spawns, two for the druid epic mobs Ph's and one Cleric's epic mob Ph.
Only the middle one the Cleric PH seems to spawn at his spot, my guess is someone pulled the Druid PH's and ran for the zone and the gobs got stuck there.
