My Gear sucks - help

My druid kinda sucks mana wise and I would like to upgrade her. I have about 15k. What can I upgrade that would be noticeable?

Arms - Platinum_Armband
Back - Molten_Cloak

Wrist -Chipped_Bone_Bracelet
Legs - Gatorscale_Leggings
Gloves - Elder_Spiritist's_Gauntlets

Primary - Cone_of_the_Mystics

Range - Medicine_Totem
