Been messing with it.

All expansions are unlocked, everyone gets all the veteran rewards, it's 200% exp for everyone, and everyone gets the equivalent of a gold subscription.

Basically the only thing a serious player might spend money on is merc slots (which are account wide).

Surprised more people don't play on it. Has friendly people though. Fun to box on since it's all free. They don't wipe characters or anything. What's kinda neat is you do get the patches early too, which 99% of the time is a good thing. Not really much of a nerf cycle since it's such an old game.
