Selling standard necro PL for 1500pp/hr during the day (EST), here's what you can expect with non penalty classes/races:

level 15-20 about 3 levels per hour
level 21-25 about 2.5 levels per hour
26-29 about 2 levels per hour.

Monk (20% xp penalty) lvl 1-15 less than 1 hour
Ranger (40% xp penalty) lvl 9-21 in 4 hours.
Shadowknight (40% xp penalty) 1-12.7 in 1 hour.

these xp rates are during non-peak times, peak time rates are similar, but possibly slightly lower due to spawn competition.
