As a VP double server manager, content god and suchies, are you indirectly admitting content is currently not the priority of the p99 staff ? Meaning, since velious is a 99% content expansion that velious isn't the priority ?

No.

Like I said, Velious is overwhelmingly content-specific work. "The staff" are not responsible for Velious work; the content developers are. PvP work is overwhelmingly source-specific work because content is the same for both servers.
