Tribunal Initiate NPC not responding
i was trying to do the Tribunal Initiate quest in Halas today and could not get Jinkus Felligan to respond to the key works 'I am new to the Shamans o' Justice'.
Yes my my toon is a Shaman. Yes i am spelling it right. No i am not invs. | ||

I'm stuck Cindl don't response to
