You may only bump every 16 hours. Not every 6 (or even 2 if you count a reply to someone else in your thread).

In addition it took me 2 days to sell all the tickets.. and I wanted to run a level 1 duel instead of a raffle. So for those of you who think it takes 1 hour or less to host any player run event (you're an idiot) this comment applies to the idiots who think everything should be done free and hosting events are cakewalk. Technically last night was a wash since the server was lagged so bad lots were just logging in and out. Actually a little bummed since I wanted to buy a ticket but it was already too late when I got on tonight.

But beyond that, the above quote did get into an odd rant. Why are you upset?
