I am unable to drink alcoholic beverages in-game. At all. I receive no error or message of any kind. It is just that when I right-click on some booze nothing happens.

That is the worst bug ever!

Also, like potions, armor, weapons and other items you click for an effect, they can not be clicked from your bag. They need to be clicked in an empty spot in your inventory.
