Help with rolling a bard

I remember a blunt on Rallos that i had a hard time with, with my wizard because it kept smoking out my spells. Id be interested in rolling that kind of blunt. Im not sure if i would have to put starting stats in a specific way for this blunt, im not even sure how i should roll one, any help would be nice.

My aim with this blunt is just to have fun in pvp and mess with a drug in pve that isnt really everywhere till i can roll my necro when Kunark arrives.

How much pot should I put in my blunt?
