It's obviously very situational.
I duo'd with a necro while playing my enchanter in Dreadlands. He took a plaguebone from the ruins and I had a Drolvarg Rager. Those two were doing close to 15% per round of attacks. We had level 4 fear and level 12 darkness and both of those were more than sufficient on all but Ravishing Drolvargs. Not healing saves tons of mana - who knew?
