I agree with just about everything that's been said thus far, but group dropping after a death appears to be a recent bug-- nothing more. I've been playing with an rl friend for the past few days, and every time he dies (or the once I did [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]) our duo group has been disbanded.
