Best EXP Quests During 10-20's?

If your a caster he probably means binding in somewhere like oasis and running to EC for buffs and gating back then to fight and no you probably couldnt do orcs in hhp at 15.

Even though the game is called Everquest, questing really isnt a way to level up. actually finding quests that are doable at low levels that give good xp are few and far between. the game really should have been called Evergrind

Is this really viable? I've never heard of this giving that much exp +55?

I haven't tested it yet, but there are goblins in LoIO that are very low level that drop Red Headbands commonly. They're for a level 20ish quest out of FV so it's possible it might give a decent amount at low levels.

Light stones and greater lightstones as soon as you can solo wisps. Good exp killing and good starting money/ exp after turn in. Greater light stones about 9plat after you sell the book from the quest. Wait till you get two or three bags full and turn in at gypsies in nk. S ro to evil gypsies but my human paladin can turn in there. Turn in pairs of derv rings in s Ro too.

In the low teens, the Qeynos bandit sash quest gives decent EXP.
